We founded Future Solicitor to help the next generation of lawyers to qualify and thrive in their careers. We wanted to create a different approach to legal education, based on diagrams, visual learning and the full range of technology and analytics tools available through modern e-learning. Our mission is to help you learn faster and retain your knowledge longer, so that you can pass the SQE exams whatever your background.
The team
Tom Bradford
Tom is our lead tutor and co-founder. He is an experienced barrister with over 20 years’ experience in practice. He covers all key areas of the curriculum and is passionate about visual learning and distilling complex principles into their component parts.
Tom has a first class bachelors degree, winning the Keith Jones essay prize, and a distinction for his MA at the University of Warwick. He has worked as a partner at law firms as well as working in-house in the private sector. He has appeared as a leading lawyer in Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 and has worked closely with lawyers from corporate and private client departments.
Tom has been involved as a lawyer as an instructing lawyer or Counsel at all levels of the UK’s legal system, including the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, and applies his extensive experience and knowledge to all areas of the Future Solicitor programme.
Bekhruz Khazratov
Bekhruz developed the Future Solicitor platform and lead course administrator. He has built all of the platform’s key features including mock exam feature, diagram and visual features and analytics dashboard enjoyed by our students.
He won a scholarship to study at Singapore University in digital platforms, and then gained extensive hands-on experience working on internships at a number of leading platforms in the Asia Pacific region. He pursued an MBA at the University of Essex in the UK to deepen his knowledge of business operations and management.
He has contributed to several student-led initiatives and e-learning projects, including with humanitarian organisations, and is experienced in web and application development, UX design, cloud solutions, SaaS, and business analytics. He has worked with clients and students from all over the world and is fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek, with working knowledge of German and Persian.
